We begin by removing any existing grass and debris, then excavate the area to the correct depth, usually around 4-6 inches, to make room for a proper base. After compacting a crushed-stone base and grading for drainage, we roll out a high-strength weed barrier to keep unwanted growth at bay. Next, we unroll the artificial turf and cut it precisely to fit your space, securing the edges with landscape nails. Seams are bonded with specialized adhesive, ensuring a smooth, continuous surface. Finally, we sweep in Envirofill granules to lock the fibers upright, add cooling protection, and neutralize odors, leaving you with a lush, maintenance-free lawn that looks great year-round.
Interlock
Interlock Design to Install Process
We start by meeting with you and our team to finalize the layout and style of your interlock project. Next, we excavate the area to the proper depth, typically 8–10 inches, depending on the soil and the expected load, then spread and compact a gravel base to create a stable foundation. Once the base is packed and graded for correct slope and drainage, we lay each interlock stone in your chosen pattern, ensuring the lines stay straight and even. After all the stones are in place, we install durable edging to keep everything locked in and maintain clean lines. Finally, we sweep in polymeric sand to fill the joints, compact the surface, and clean up, leaving you with a solid, attractive patio or driveway built to last.
